URBANWARE Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every URBANWARE product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no hassle.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number inside your return package.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we receive the package.
No restocking fee is charged. You will receive exactly what you paid for the item(s), excluding original shipping charges if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings, face masks, and underwear are not eligible for return unless defective. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (713) 555-0147. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
